Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe

Very pleased with Homewood Suites Teaneck Glenpointe. Beautiful hotel, great rooms, wonderful service, and great location (easy to access multiple major roads into NYC and in the general area). Want to specifically commend Winfrey B at the front desk — a true professional who made us feel welcome immediately, anticipated any needs, was very attentive, and super friendly. We stay in the area an average of once/month (sometimes more) and we plan to stay here from now on. Thank you for your wonderful customer care!

We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great for what we needed, we went to a spa and caught a flight from Newark the next day. Breakfast has many options. I didn’t like that they pre-poured the waffle mix. It sat there all morning. We ate breakfast at 9:30am and they open at 6. Rooms and whole hotel was clean. Beds were ok. Pillows were not good. Gym was big (it’s shared with Hampton inn). Service was great. I would recommend!

Our go to hotel when we are in the area. We have stayed here three times so far and everything was great! The breakfast is good. They also have a parking garage.

We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Teaneck Glenpointe and had a wonderful experience, especially traveling with our dog. The hotel is impeccably clean throughout, and our corner two-queen-bed suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The unique L-shaped indoor corridor layout gave our pup plenty of extra room to move around, which was a nice bonus in a pet-friendly property. The complimentary breakfast was a huge convenience – hot, varied options every morning that saved us time and money. The gym is modern and well-equipped for a solid workout, and the indoor pool was clean and functional for a relaxing swim. It would be magnificent with a Jacuzzi added! One of the best features, especially in snowy weather, is the free indoor garage parking – no scraping ice or shoveling snow off the car! Valley parking is also complimentary, even though we didn’t use it. To enter the garage, you use your room key or digital key via the Hilton app. A small suggestion: it feels unnecessary to require key access from the garage to the elevator – not convenient when your hands are full with luggage or bags. The hotel has two connected sides (Homewood and Hampton), linked on every floor, so no matter where you park, you can easily take the elevator and walk across to your room. We figured this out by exploring ourselves – clear signs on each floor indicating the connection would be a helpful addition! The front desk staff were outstanding – super friendly and genuinely helpful. Special shoutout to Chong and Tatiana for going above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Location-wise, it’s perfect: the neighborhood feels peaceful and quiet, yet it’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the excitement of American Dream mall or Manhattan. Great balance for a relaxing base while exploring the area. We’ll definitely hope to be back – this Homewood Suites exceeded our expectations!

I have been here several times the staff is phenomenal… they don’t bother you. At all you can enjoy your space and actually rest and relax. The common areas are clean and luxurious. You can sit downstairs for hours and you’re relaxed.

This hotel is AMAZING! My friends and I booked a “suite” for our three-night stay and it was so nice to have the extra space with a living room and small kitchen. Split between all of us, the price was totally reasonable. Our room was gorgeous and super clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The continental breakfast was definitely a highlight for us — they offer a very large spread of delicious hot food (different every day) with no extra charge to eat. Staff was also super friendly — shoutout to Tatiana at the desk! The location is nice because the hotel is directly off the highway, so it’s easy to get into New York City. There’s a bus stop that’s less than a two-minute walk from the hotel — it’s the final stop on the NJ Transit bus route to Port Authority and the first stop for drop off. If you have the Hilton app, you can pick your own hotel room (choose your floor and then what room on that floor you want) and you can also use a digital key on your phone where you just tap to unlock, rather than having to remember to bring a physical room key everywhere. Those two things were very neat that I’ve never seen before!
